Finger Pressure Exercise for Calm from Bright Side


The other day Bright Side posted the video below on their facebook page. (like us on Facebook too by the way!) The video features a Japanese Method to Relax. This exercise is a finger pressure exercise designed to calm you down, help you relax in just five minutes.
